Customer Self Service uses a program called 'proledb' to import orders and receipts.
To check which version of proledb you have:
- Login to the ERP.
- Hit 'F3'.
- Select 'Command'.
- Type 'prospl proledb -version'
If you get the following error message, you are on a version preceding 2.01 (the version checking facility was created in 2.01).
